“Working with flower essences is based on the premise that the holistic human organism can be likened to a musical instrument.”
— Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, Founder & Creator, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®
🌿 Plant Essence & Vibrational Medicine Consultations
Rebalance Your Energy. Heal the Root. Reclaim Your Light.
Have you ever felt like something is off—but you can’t quite put your finger on it?
Plant Essences may be the missing link.
Unlike herbal medicine, which works biochemically on the physical body, Plant Essences work on the energetic and emotional bodies, gently dissolving subconscious blocks, outdated patterns, and deep emotional wounds that hold you back from your true potential.
They are a form of vibrational medicine—infused with the spirit of plants rather than their physical constituents—designed to support transformation at the root.
Used for centuries by ancient traditions and now supported by modern vibrational healing principles, Plant Essences help restore emotional balance, harmonise energetic misalignments, and awaken your body’s natural capacity to heal.
A Curated Vibrational Medicine Dispensary
I work with several different Plant and Energy Essence systems because I do not believe one range needs to do everything.
Each system has its own language, intelligence and way of meeting the person in front of me. Some help illuminate the emotional story that is asking to be seen. Others allow me to explore constitutional patterns, trauma held within the energetic field, Five Elements relationships or the deeper themes shaping how someone is moving through life.
My dispensary is deliberately curated around the systems I know, use and value most: Golden Light Healing Plant Essences, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and Pacific Essences®.
Golden Light Healing – Intuitive Plant Wisdom & Oracle Medicine
The Golden Light Healing Plant Essence system is at the heart of my intuitive Plant Essence work.
I use the Golden Light Healing Oracle to explore the emotional, energetic and psycho-spiritual themes presenting for you in the moment. The reading then guides the creation of your personalised Plant Essence prescription, giving you something tangible to continue working with after the consultation.
Rather than simply choosing an essence because it matches a symptom, I am interested in the story underneath it: what is asking for attention, what may be ready to shift, and what quality of support may help you move forward differently.
This is my primary standalone Plant Essence service and is available online or in person.
First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® – Constitutional Trauma Mapping
First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® bring a very different dimension to my work.
Created by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, the system works with the vibrational blueprints of native New Zealand plants. Franchelle describes correctly selected plants as helping a person clear energetic patterns associated with past trauma and return towards greater holistic wellbeing.
I work particularly with the First Light Fern Essence series, which explores trauma held through different layers of the human energetic field. The seven core Fern Essences address themes including safety, boundaries, empowerment, trust, respect, authenticity and direction.
I also work with No. 0 Black Orchid, an essence centred around inner stillness, alignment and returning to one’s own centre.
“The energetic blueprints of correctly selected native plants can help a person clear their energetic field from past traumas and unhealthy patterns.”
— Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber
Within my practice, I use the First Light Ferns as part of a Constitutional Trauma Mapping process, drawing upon your birth information to explore deeper constitutional themes and identify a personalised vibrational prescription.
This is not offered as a standalone consultation for new clients. I incorporate Constitutional Trauma Mapping into deeper experiences where there is enough context and time to work with what emerges, particularly:
For existing clients who have already completed their Constitutional Trauma Mapping with me, a repeat prescription / top-up bottle is available for $50 when appropriate.
First Light’s own constitutional work also uses date of birth to formulate personalised essence combinations across different aspects of the person, while its Fern range is specifically associated with aura and trauma themes.
Pacific Essences® – Five Elements Energy Medicine from Land, Sea & Stone
Pacific Essences brings another layer entirely.
Founded on Vancouver Island by Sabina Pettitt, M.Ed., Dr. TCM, Pacific Essences developed from a meeting of vibrational medicine, kinesiology and the energetic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its Energy Medicine training continues to work directly with the Five Elements of TCM, alongside Flower and Sea Essences.
This makes the system particularly compatible with the way I already understand people through Five Elements relationships, constitution and energetic patterning.
I am currently completing the final case-study component towards my Pacific Essences Energy Medicine® Practitioner certification, while already incorporating Pacific Essences into my work as a certified Flower Essence Practitioner.
I am especially drawn to their Sea Essences. Pacific Essences pioneered this field in 1985 and describes its Sea Essences as a unique contribution to the vibrational medicine pharmacopoeia. The current collection includes 24 Sea Essences designed around shifts in consciousness, perspective and navigating periods of change.
My Pacific dispensary centres on the complete Sea Essence range, supported by selected native Canadian Flower Essences and Gem/Crystal Essences. Pacific’s Gem Essences are traditionally mapped to energetic anatomy including the chakras and corresponding endocrine relationships.
I may bring Pacific Essences into a session where the Five Elements pattern, emotional terrain or energetic constitution suggests that a particular Sea, Flower or Gem Essence may add another useful layer of support.
Three Systems. Different Doorways. One Person.
What matters to me is not which bottle or system is considered “best.”
It is which language of vibrational medicine best speaks to what is presenting in you.
A Golden Light reading may reveal something asking to be consciously acknowledged now.
A First Light constitutional prescription may take us deeper into the energetic patterning associated with trauma and constitution.
A Pacific Essence may resonate beautifully with a Five Elements imbalance or a period of transition, emotional change or energetic reorganisation.
Sometimes one system is enough. Sometimes different systems become relevant at different stages of the same healing journey.
That is what makes personalised Vibrational Medicine so interesting to me: the prescription is not chosen for a diagnosis. It is chosen for the person.

Golden Light Healing Oracle Reading + Karma Cleansing + Personalised Plant Essences
In-Person or Online | 30-45 minutes | $255
Sometimes an Oracle Reading reveals that the situation you are asking about may carry a deeper karmic pattern.
Within the Golden Light Healing system, if Karma Release appears during the reading, particularly as the fifth and final card, this is interpreted as a sign that unresolved karmic patterns or debts may be influencing the situation.
When this presents, I undertake a Panchakarma assessment using your Vedic astrology birth chart and prescribe a personalised 5-stage Karma Cleansing Plant Essence protocol.
You receive five individual 20ml Golden Light Plant Essence prescriptions, taken sequentially through five stages to support energetic clearing, release and greater alignment.
This service is not something that needs to be chosen in advance. It may arise unexpectedly during a Golden Light Healing Oracle Reading when the cards indicate that a deeper karmic layer is asking to be explored.
Includes:
– 30-minute consultation
– Golden Light Healing Oracle Reading
– Vedic astrology-based Panchakarma assessment
– 5-stage Karma Cleansing protocol
– 5 × personalised 20ml Golden Light Plant Essences
Investment: $255
Additional postage applies for online clients.
Sacred Plant Wisdom – A Personalised Plant Essence Ceremony
Online only | 75 minutes | $339
What if plants could become mirrors, messengers and teachers for the patterns shaping your life?
Sacred Plant Wisdom is a private 75-minute online experience that brings together constitutional Plant Essence work, intuitive Oracle guidance, light Holistic Counselling and vibrational frequency support to explore the emotional, constitutional and psycho-spiritual patterns influencing your health, relationships, clarity and life direction.
This is not simply a consultation to “pick an essence.” It is a layered Mind-Body-Spirit process designed to help uncover what may be operating beneath the surface, then create a personalised vibrational prescription you can continue working with after the session.
Your experience includes:
First Light NZ Constitutional Trauma Mapping
Using your birth information, I map deeper constitutional trauma themes and select from the First Light NZ Fern Essence range to create a personalised prescription aligned with the energetic patterning that presents.
Golden Light Healing Oracle Reading
We explore the emotional, energetic and spiritual themes surrounding what is happening in your life now. The reading helps illuminate patterns, blind spots and areas that may be ready for greater awareness, release or change.
Light Holistic Counselling & Integration
Rather than receiving information and being left to make sense of it alone, we take time to connect the insights back to your lived experience. Depending on what presents, this may include reflective enquiry, Mind-Body awareness, breathwork, mantra or gentle coaching to help the session land more meaningfully.
Quantum-Frequency Alignment
Where appropriate, I may incorporate my Qi Coil RIFE and PEMF frequency technology as an additional vibrational layer to support relaxation, energetic alignment and integration during the session. Your Packages page already references this as part of the experience.
Two personalised Plant Essence prescriptions
You receive two individually prepared 20ml vibrational Plant Essence blends:
- one based on your Constitutional Trauma Mapping
- one arising from your Golden Light Healing Oracle Reading
These allow the work to continue beyond our time together, giving you a personalised vibrational support tool to work with in the days and weeks that follow.
When a deeper karmic layer appears
Occasionally, a Golden Light Oracle Reading may indicate Karma Release. Within the Golden Light Healing system, this signals that a deeper karmic pattern may be relevant to the situation being explored.
If this arises, I will discuss the option of a Vedic birth-chart-based Panchakarma assessment and 5-stage Karma Cleansing Plant Essence protocol with you before proceeding. Additional essences and fees apply.
This experience may appeal to you if you are:
- moving through an important transition or repeating life pattern
- feeling emotionally or energetically stuck
- curious about deeper constitutional patterns influencing your wellbeing
- looking for greater clarity around relationships, purpose or direction
- drawn to Plant Essences but want something more personalised than choosing a remedy from a symptom list
- wanting to explore Mind, Body and Spirit together rather than treating each as separate
A detailed intake form is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Online only. Additional postage applies.
Investment | Online only: $339
